Hi all,
I have a CMA system version 6.0 and an IP address. But someone set that IP address for the database server forground system so i cannot connect to the CMA system now.
Please kindly give me some advices about this case.
Thank you all.
By the way, the recovery DVD was lost. Can anybody give me an ISO of that disk?
Thank you
Hello TrungBui,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
We do not provide recovery disc's via ISO's, to my knowledge, without at least raising a support ticket via your Polycom reseller.
The CMA runs on a Microsoft Operating system and we therefore usually provide you with a disc once your entitlement has been checked.
You should be able to connect a screen and a keyboard to the physical CMA and then work with your Polycom reseller in order to access the CMA and change the IP address of it.

----------------Hello SteffenBaierUK,
Thanks for your advice, while the system starting, ít can be seen that the IP address of the system is 0.0.0.0. Can you give me user name and password to log on to the windows server 2003 to chance the IP address.
Thank you so much.
Hello TrungBui,
you need to contact your Polycom reseller or Polycoim support as we do not share the Usernames and Passwords to access the CMA.
