I've been looking in the available doc even in my course guide but could not find how to send external guest calls with only IP-address to an EQ via the RPAD.

All other calls are working fine, i.e. 791234@medeatalk.com for which I've used ACL for SIP and H.323.

But calls to the public IP-address of the RPAD are refused by the RPAD.

I could not find how to configure an ACL to catch these type of calls and direct them to an EQ on DMA or RMX.

I just want to be able to call from a H.323 endpoint, located on the Internet, to the public IP of my RPAD and then end up in an EQ of the RMX from where I can then enter the conference id I want to join.

Hello Geert

What RPAD software do you have?

You can use H.323 default policy and .

Please take a look at >>RPAD Administrator’s Guide 4.0<<

p. 71 "Enable H.323 default policy"

You can not set up EQ for RPAD public IP,you have only whay to get connect in conference publicip##MCU preffix+Meeting room id(example 1.1.1.1##823434 where 1.1.1.1 is public ip of RPAD,82 is prefix of MCU in GK and 3434 is meeting room id of MCU)
