Hi,

 

We have a VBP 5300-ST working very well, and also we have an VBP 5300-E, and we notice that our VBP ST, isn't showing the Logs, as the VBP E do. The Screen is in blank, but the services are Ok, we don't have any issue at the time the people login into the CMA Server using the VBP ST. Is this Normal, or we have to activated another option.

 

We will aprecciate any help, this because we Don't know the source of the calls at the time they are validated at the CMA Server

 

The version of the VBP ST is 11.2.16
