Dear all,

I never set the GAB password, but now I want to do it; when I try to do it the system asks to me the old password, but since I don't have one I leave the field blank, I put then the new password and the confirm new pwd, but when I press OK the system gives me an error (ERROR 1 - INCORRECT PASSWORD). I also tried to insert my admin password into the old password field but nothing. What do I have to do to insert a GAB password? No info about it in the CMA 4000 operations guide.

Thanks for an answer.

Regards.

Hi Flonga,

This can be fixed by editing the GAB password in the database. You can connect to your database using management studio and follow these instructions:

Recover from lost GAB password on CMA

That will show you where to find and edit the GAB password in the CMA database.
