Hello all,
Poly exhausted all original 0004F2 and 64167F MAC addresses >here< or >here< and needed to add additional ranges to our new hardware.
Therefore new phones with a 48:25:67 or 9C:AD:EF are not recognized by RPRM 10.9 or older and need to manually be added.
Poly partners can read about this >here<
End Customer should open a support ticket and quote Knova ID 46854 and request a remote session with a Poly support engineer to add the range
