What I do know
is that a TMS managed Polycom system can use TMS phonebooks
also that a CMA managed system can use Global Phonebook from CMA
also that a HDX endpoint has in theory has the ability to use more than one phonebook
But since what I am attempting to do is get a phonebook from TMS via an Endpoint managed by CMA, it might be permissions that is preventing access to TMS phonebook.
So, maybe an alternative approach.
Is there a way to import a phonebook (csv, whatever) into CMA?
