This is the point:

in Multiconference mode (RMX - Skype Meeting), and point to point, the H323 calls are disconnected between 13 and 14 minutes

 

There is a PaloAlto FW between the DMA and the endpoints.

 

Changes have been made in the FW because the ACK are being lost between DMA and endpoints.

 

But it does not resolved the issue.

 

Ticket has been raised with Poly, and for them it is a network issue.

(I assume it is, because it is only in one site).

The DMA was updated to v9. but during the test, the issue appears, so a rollback has been made.

So for the customer, the DMA is the issue.

 

As you can see in the wireshark trace, the DMA does not receive any ACK from the endpoint.

 

Does anyone had this issue and how did you resolved it?

We are in lack of solution...

 

172.19.200.122 = RMX

172.19.200.32 = DMA

192.168.166.5 = Endpoint
