DMA integration with MS exchange server

Dear There's

Whenever we try to integrate MS excahnge with DMA it got connected sussefully but always show pending status.

We have creted AD account with admin rights and paralllaly we assain SMTP mail box to same AD account.

Mailbox seetings has been changed as well as per douments says which released by Polycom.

Kindly please help.

The Exchange server must be able to resolve the FQDN and correct IP address of the DMA. If you have a DMA cluster this should be the virtual IP address of the cluster.
