Client cannot browse DMA/RPAD after the Adobe flash player is disabled in browser

Hello

Our client is facing the above issue after Adobe stopped the adobe flash player plugin is disabled.

Can there be a workaround for this so that he can access the servers.

The servers DMA/RPRM and RPAD are physical servers individually licensed.

Hello @Sujoy

the customer should have been informed that the Flash runs out at 31.12.2021 but in addition, have a look to these instructions from VMWare >here<

The suggestion is to upgrade to DMA 10.0 or later and swap the RPAD to a DMA Edge.

You can contact Poly sales in your region to discuss options.

Best Regards

Re: Client cannot browse DMA/RPAD after the Adobe flash player is disabled in browser

We had the same issue with one of our RPAD's that was scheduled for upgrade and we didn't get to it on-time. A cheat for getting access back into the interface is the change the date on your computer clock. We rolled a PC back to a date in November and we were able to load flash again. Not a great long term solution but it allowed us to get access to the interface to run the upgrade.
