All,

we have CMA4000 and VBP5300E.

we already sucessfully integration for internal calling using E.164 for internel endpoints.

our company also have other sister company that already using GK in their Endpoints

now we want to call out side using prefix, example 007-123456 with 007 as a prefix for going outside to our sister company endpoint.

when we using VBP5300E with embeded GK, it's working.

now we want to use CMA4000 as GK and VBP5300E as proxy only.

pls advise how we should config dial rule in CMA4000?

we already set VBP 5300E for LAN subcriber GK and pointing to CMA4000 IP address.

we also set in CMA4000 "allow VBP Access via H.323 aware SBC or ALG" using VBP IP address

we also already set CMA4000 gateway point to VBP ip address.

error log from CMA4000 when we dial 007123456 is :

**Error**: ARJ sent. Cannot resolve address. The reason is Location Not Found.

thx

Hi there,

Change the CMA Network Default Gateway to the VBP IP address then it should work.

Please ensure that the VBP Routes are set to talk to the entire VC Network.

Kind Regards,
