Hi

 

We have 2 x CMA 5000 configured for redundancy connected to an external database ver 6.0.1.ER10

 

I have one HDX8000 ver 3.0.4-20259  that does not appear in the Endpoint Usage report and i cant seem to work out why. All the remainder of endpoints appear fine in the report.

 

Thinks i have tried so far:

  • restarting HDX
  • re-registering HDX to gateway

Would appreciate if anyone has any ideas

Hello, I saw your message by looking for a similar issue I have. Have you ever found a solution ?

 

One of our parties managing their CMA did some new endpoint registration and now most of the Endpoints does not show up in the Endpoint usage report.
