Hi Everyone,

Would like to ask for help on a situation where HDX endpoints are registered to Lync, for both call control and address book sync. The endpoint are also H.323 enabled and required to make non-Lync calls, and there is a CMA in the environment. As HDX system guide states that it can sync its directory from only single source, I would like to know if there is any method to push another address book (containing H.323 entries) from CMA, while the endpoints maintain current integration with Lync.

Currently we do manual address book update for H.323 entries on each endpoint, which is time-consuming and prone to error.

Any comment would be much appreciated. Cheers!

Ben,

Like you mentioned, you can only have one directory. However, there is a tool which will allow you export an HDX local address book and import into all your other HDXs. This is a manual process, but it beats having to edit each on individually.
