Hi,
Anyone came across the below error while scheduling in CMA

Roll back database commit for conference.
Failed to schedule with error ERROR_INSUFFICIENT_BANDWIDTH;
error occurs only when scheduled on a particular date, all other dates the scheduling of the locations are working fine. The locations are free from calls on the error occuring dates.
All subnets and other settings are fine. Can anyone suggest.
Hello ponbhala,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

----------------Hi SteffenBaier,
CMA is running in latest version 6.2.5
Hello ponbhala,
this is most likely a bandwidth issue on the RMX end or similar.
I suggest you check the RMX once the issue occurs in order to verify that no conferences are held.

----------------Hi steffenBaier,
RMX has more sufficient bandwidth that it is required.
Please be informed the particular endpoints scheduling is not happening only on the required time and date. Calls are getting scheduled before and after the required timing without any issue. The required endpoints are free from any scheduled calls on that particular date & time.
Hello ponbhala,
If you are completely sure that this is the case I suggest to raise a support ticket via your Polycom reseller as we need to investigate this issue.
You may want to quote SSGE-1194 and SSGE-1086.
