Hi,

i have installed CMA Outlook plug-in and configure it for microsoft outlook 2003 and 2007 following Polycom guide, but for outlook 2010 its totally deifferent and i couldn't configure the required steps on the calender options (Polycom form.... etc) does anyone have an idea on how to do it, thanks....

Hi there Ahmed....

 

In Outlook 2010 you will need to enable to plug-in via the options menu, under file you will find the Readimanager plugin.

Enable this, then go to calendar, and look for the add-in tab. Under here you will find a Video option. Click on this and it will give you the option to login to your CMA.

 

This should then work correctly.
