Hello,

      This particular client has CMA 5.5.0er1.9ver & they are now getting an "You have exceeded license" error when trying to add any more endpoints, even when they 25 Total Licenses & 20 Licenses in Use. I had them restart the CMA server several times, but it still seems to be a license issue.

Check the License page to see how many days the CMA will wait unit it reclaims the license. I would adjust this date to 1 day in this scenario.

 

There is some license issues which are fixed in the latest 5.5 patch which I would load to resolve this issue.
