We have cma5000 (sw ver 6.2.5 hardware revision version C).
we use as endpoint Sony XG80 (sw ver 2.41). endpoint is registered in cma gatekeeper.
and we have problem - after end call on sony, in CMA enpoint monitoring enpoint is stay in in-call state.
gatekeper in direct mode.

Yep, Sony XG80 is not fully monitoring/provision by cma5000. but, when call place - status of sony is changing (to in call), and whin call is end - status not change ( enpoint is stay "in call").
all endpiont is registered in cma gatekeeper, and send ARQ, DRQ message to cma. ARQ.DRQ message is exist in gatekeeper log.
In version cma 6.2.4 no this ploblem.
