Hi all ,
today I have problem with my CMA 4000. I need your quick help: i try to create trace file on my CMA 4000.
Please send my steb by step procedure , how do it

welcome back to the Polycom Community.
The CMA Systems Operations guide => here <= state that the Troubleshooting Utilities Dashboard can be utilized to generate and download a network sniffer trace that can help you examine the traffic to and from the CMA system.
You can use generic wireshark trace filters like port 3268 as an example for LDAP in order to not exceed the 50000 Bytes large trace.
