Greetings all, I have recently installed a 5300ST VBP and linked it to a CMA. Everything works fine in that CAN SEE THE VBP registration to the CMA, the VBP says GK reachable, all the aliases of the End Points are seen on the VBP and the VBP even creates that single end point entry with all the aliases associated to it. My problem is as follows - All calls are meant to be scheduled from the CMA interface, however under endpoints, I have only the single endpoint registration created by the VBP. How do I get to see the actual endpoints within CMA so I am able to associate them to rooms and thus schedule them when required? Any suggestions or advice would be most appreciated. Many thanks

Gekko,

As you have already found out, you can't associate rooms to the aliases generated by the VBP-ST. You need to have actual endpoints in order to do this. What you can do is create guestbook entries using the same aliases as the endpoints which are registering through the VBP-ST. Then, when you schedule a conference with the CMA, you can add the aliases via the Guestbook.
