If you power reset the CMA400 will this wipe out the invalid logons?

To be clear, there is no way to reset the CMA to factory defaults outside of reimaging the system with the recovery DVD.

I'm not quite sure which invalid logins you are talking about. If you are talking about the "Invalid User Name or Password" message when trying to log on to the CMA using CMAD that started after Microsoft released the KB3002657 patch on 3/9 then, no. Rebooting the CMA will not fix that issue.

If you are referring to the Windows operating system account on the server, that is released for the sole purpose of installing anti-virus software only. It cannot be used to load Windows Updates or to make any changes to the operating system. If you need the credentials to install anti-virus software you will need to open a support request and you will be sent a form with the EULA and the credentials.
