I would like to know where I can Download an administrator guide for Polycom RSS4000, because on the support page only appear the User guide, and quick setup. Or someone can share the manual with me, I appreciate.
I need find how Ican reset to factory default the RSS4000 because I can't log in on the default 192.168.1.254 and also I can into by console to RSS 4000, this in a new server of recording and I don't know why I can into of this two form, If someone have the same trouble ans resolve, I appreciate how you can resolve the problem.
