About the VBP's traffic support

I want to know the detail of VBP's traffice support.

The VBP configuration guide (as attached) says, "Supports up to 3 Mbps of H.323 traffic".

I want to know that "traffic" means up/down both side, or only the upside??

That is measured as H.323 traffic BOTH sides...     So, you can have a 3mb call (limited by Packeting overhead... (around 20%))...   without VBP (4xxx) restricting any of the traffic.
