Hello. We have a polycom VSX 7000 polycom we would like to be able to call a laptop with Polycom RealPresense Desktop installed, and vise-versa.
When I call the laptop from the polycom it comes up on the laptop screen that I'm trying to call it, but I'm unable to answer. When I click answer nothing happens. Ignore works great though. When I try and call the VSX from the laptop, it states far end unreachable. We are using H.323.
