Broken V700

Hi all. I received a V700 from a disappeared company and I've tried to operate but no way to. Pressing the power switch, the endpoint turns on. I use the front switch and goes from standby to on and "VIDEO CONFERENCE" appears in green letters on the screen. When using the switch of the video, the screen is still black and the red LED to the right of the camera is fixed on.

Anyone know anything about this?

I tried updating from the network but the equipment does not seem to acquire any IP address.

And correct me if I'm wrong, the first 14 characters of the sticker on the back of the unit is MAC address, right?

Are you sure that all THREE power switchers are on?

Please refer to >>> V 700 Setup <<< for details.

The 14 characters label ending CD is the serial number of V 700. The 6 symbols before CD are the second part of the unit MAC address.

Hello, and thanks for answer.

As i said, I use the three switches; power, frontal and video. The endpoint works as monitor for a computer, but video doesn't works. There is only a fixed red led and black screen.

Besides, LED indicator in network switch stays off as if network cable is unplugged.
