[Poly] VVX オフフック時の回線自動選択を防止する

Poly VVX 電話機では、受話器を持ち上げるなどのオフフックにより、自動的にプライマリ回線が選択状態になります。これを防止し、受話器を持ち上げた後、回線ボタンで明示的に回線選択をする場合には、下記の FAQ に従い、パラメータを設定します。
