SoundStructure w/ PTC Mute

SoundStructure (1.7.2) SoundStructure VoIP Interface (5.4.0.10182) in a Lync 2013 environment with a PTC (Panel Software: 1.11.0-15 OS Version: 1.11.0-14 Kernel Version 2.6.32)

When in a Lync Call and a presenter mutes the SoundStructure there is no indication on the PTC that the SoundStructure has been muted, also when the presenter removes the mute, there is no method to un-mute the SoundStructure as there is no idnicatino on the PTC.

I believe the PTC is referencing a mic mute and Lync a phone audio mute.

Ideas?

Seeing the same behaviour with 1.14.0-25 / 1.14.0-32

Resolved this with 2 events as shown in the attached screen shot.

A clink mute mapped to Phone Out and a Phone Out mapped to clink mute.
