We installed 8 units of Polycom SoundStructure C16 recently with TEL2 cards and customer feedback that the auto hang up tone is too long and sound irretating. Anyway to configure the C16 to auto hangup immediately after remote party disconnected with just one EXIT tone? Or is this a TELCO line issue?
