Real Presence Group 500 and sound structure c12

My client has a Polycom RPG 500 codec with a Sound Structure C12 connected, using two HDX mics and using the C12 POTs line for teleconferencing. Using the codec’s remote control, will they be able to connect a telephone call even without a 3rd party control system or a RP Touch?
