PLease Help - Poly Microphone IP Adapter

Hello, I have a Poly Microphone IP adapter that will not sync with our G7500 system. When it was first plugged into the system it was recognized. Once i plugged in the microphones, the system wanted to install a new update to the G7500 and the adapter. The update for the G7500 completed successfully. The update for the Adapter got to 99% which took it about an HR to get there, then gave me a updated timed out error. After that the Adapter would never sync again. The other weird part was plugging the adapter into the first port stopped working. You would get no lights. If i plugged in the mic that came with the G7500, the port would work. I could plug the adapter into port 2 & 3 and you would get lights but the system would never see or sync with the adapter. Please help. We have looked all over the world for another one of these with 0 luck.
