Re: Need a good mic for Cortana please.

Hello all, I am seeking a good usb mic to use for Cortana voice commands. I would like one which I can place on my work desk, connect to my pc but can pick up my voice anywhere in a 20x20 room and should have background noise cancelling to block out my TV. This is not for any commercial use, just my own private usage.

I am looking at this unit Polycom HDX Table Microphone Pod 2201-23313-003 :

Can anyone tell me if that will work for my purpose please? If not, any others, thanks.

I do not believe we manufacture any standalone microphones that can be easily connected to a PC or Mac.

Thanks for the quick response. Hmnn, I had thought a conference mic would simply connect to a pc so I guess I should search the net simply for any good USB mic?
