Login failed RMX1000 after power shutdown

Good afternoon,
We are facing a problem with a MCU RMX 1000. Upon power shutdown of equipment, I have login problem on the machine.
The following error appears: "The audio board is broken."
Attached below the error that is occurring.

Something that might help me in solving this problem?

Hi Igor,

I have same issue when logging in on the RMX 1000 Web UI.

Have you managed to resolve the problem? Is this related to hardware?
