We have about 15 Soundstructure Voip Interface cards in our conference rooms. The VOIP card is registered back to Cisco UCM as a 3rd party SIP endpoint. I followed the guide to configure both the UCM side as well as the voip card.
When I place a phone call - I get connected. But if I try to pass DTMF to a IVR the it appears the digits are not being passed entirely. Is there any configuration on the polycom that I would need to get DTMF to pass correctly?

----------------Hi Joseph,
polycom always have a introp issues with cisco,i have also a worest experiense.it does not pass a DTMF sequence if you are using a any cisco 3rd party interface.
Hello YashPal,
could we kindly keep to the facts and try to find out what the issue actually is before we give a reply like this that may be totally unconnected to the original posters query?
As we are following the SIP standard and offer different ways to transmit DTMF (inbound / outbound) we should be able to figure out what is going on.
In the worst case scenario the original poster should contact Polycom support via their Polycom reseller.

----------------Hello Joseph,
Has your DTMF issue been resolved between the Soundstructure VoIP interface and the Cisco UCM?
If not, please open a case at 1-800-POLYCOM, and open a case.
Please provide:
From the VoIP interface -
1. Export_all configuration
2. Boot and app logs
3. Packet capture (right before boot up)
From the Soundstructure console-
1. Soundstructure log from the wiring page.
Thanks
