Good day to everyone, I encountered such a problem when starting the polycom program, it says that the program has stopped working, when I click on the full description of the problem, it displays the following:

What actions were taken:
1.Updated and installed: DirectX, NET framework, Microsoft Visual C ++, Microsoft XNA Framework
2. Checked the file name, there are no Russian Cyrillic letters after installation
3.Scanned the sfc / scannow system, the result is https://cloud.mail.ru/public/ELMw/3rr5kSSe5
4. Configured compatibility, and added start through the administrator
5. Added dep file to exceptions
6.Updated firewood to a video card
7.Cleaned the cache, registry for serviceability cleaner, hitmanpro
8.Checked that the anti-virus program dr web curit found nothing
9. Antivirus programs Casper, avast, etc. are not present on the computer
10. It will not work to roll back to the restore point, this function has been disabled
11. Disabled the Windows Management Instrumentation service

PVX was discontinued and was no longer available for purchase. Support was no longer available for this product since back 1/6/2014.


PVX was superseded by m100 which in itself is also no longer available and replace by RPD.


I suggest you look into replacing the ancient infrastructure being used.
