Hi....
Installing the latest Polycom Content app on MAC OS Big Sur, we get the following error:
On the product page (https://www.polycom.com/content/www/en/content-collaboration/content-sharing/pano-app.html) Apple OS X 10.0 and above is supported.
This is not what we see, when we try to install on the latest MAC OS.
Have the application been tested on MAC OS X Big Sur?

If they are in this state nobody finding them via a community search will know if an answer or advice provided was useful and has maybe helped you.
Could you therefore kindly go over them and mark or answer as appropriate?
If they are marked as "Accept as a solution" other users can find these easier and it helps them to utilise the community more efficiently. Please do not simply mark them without any type of feedback.
For your new issue, Big Sur is still classed as a beta to my knowledge. The only way is to contact your Poly reseller if you have an endpoint still in warranty or under contract and get this into support.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Yes.. that post is related to software on a Trio 8800.
As a workaround we have used the standalone application on our MAC's and it is working on MAC OS X Catalina, but not on Big Sur.
The other post is now marked as answered.

a similar case was raised by another customer as 1-20394964761. If you have any device under warranty you or your reseller can open a ticket in order to track this.
I believe we have a test build but you will need a support ticket for hardware under maintenance or warranty.
Outside of this, we cannot track this.
