Miracast uses a direct connection and does not use your wireless infrastructure, so it will work fine for guests.

 

AirPlay is a bit more tricky, and you will need to work with your wifi implementation in order to allow guests to "see" it.  (just like a regular Apple TV).

+1 best would be to include Pano app directly on the usb of the trio 8800.

Users could install it from the usb and share screen with much better experience.
