We are deploying a new VoIP solution, and noticed the Polycom headsets functionality of picking up calls was not enabled. Apparently the Extensions only install when the software (Horizon Collaborate) is run as Administrator. Does anyone have any solutions or workarounds given we're not making 50 user accounts admin.
