Amazon or Poly will take defective products back per warranty.....

Hello, to be quite blunt, I have a simple but major issue.  I bought several Poly 350OBI and 450OBI phones from Amazon.com right at 2 months ago.  For whatever reason, 3 of the phones have totally died now and since I bought them from them more than 30 days ago, they will not take them back which of course is insane because everyone knows that with normal care the new Poly 350/450 phones do in fact last a LOT longer than 2 months.

My point is that now I am stuck with 3 non working phones.  Right at a 600-700$ loss.  Furthermore, you all at Poly refuse to take back the phones and in turn, send me new ones.

This is flat out bad business.  If Poly truly stood behind there products, you all would take these items back without question and replace them.  But more frequently now days when you buy a companies products from a 3 party, more and more issues like this arise.

So hopefully a Poly manager or community expert sees this post and seriously help me find a way to get new phones at no charge.  I am a very small business and I can't just throw away 800$ when electronics go bad.

I also wanted to ask you all too.  I want to make one of the working 450's to operate totally wireless.  What does Poly call the wifi USB dongles to insert into the phones, what brand are them made under, because I cannot locate any Poly branded wifi or bluetooth sticks.

Welcome to the Poly Community.

You are correct, our products are well known for their quality and longevity so your experience is not something we usually expect.

Poly as a hardware manufacturer offers a normal warranty service as shown >here< so I am unsure who you spoke to but you can return your device to Poly and within the warranty terms will receive a device back.

The seller aka Amazon has the responsibility to provide their warranty terms but often they are not selling these directly from Poly but purchase these in bulk from a reseller.

Please provide your MAC address or your Poly devices serial so it will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. 

Regarding WiFi you need the Obi WiFi adapter as explained => here <=
