Problem after upgrading KWS300 to PCS09 doing FTP provisioning

We have some KWS300 running doing provisioning via FTP to central server.

After having some problem with reboots, we upgraded the firmware to PCS09.

 

After that the KWS300 doesn't seem too try FTP, instead it tries TFTP, regards of what we put in provisioning URL.

 

The provisioning URL is ftp://username:password@ftp.server.com

 

In the log we see Download: 'tftp://ip-address of ftp.server.com/kws-macaddress-users.xml' - curl: (68) getpeername() failed with errno 107: Transport endpoint is not connected

 

Does anyone experience the same? Any clue on what is wrong?

Hello Janne_Berggren,

 

without looking at your config.xml and/or a exported log troubleshooting is difficult.

 

I spoke to the Developer and he is unable to reproduce this issue.

 

I would suggest you work with your Polycom Reseller and/or Polycom Support to get this raised.

 

Please provide some feedback once the issue is solved.
