without looking at your config.xml and/or a exported log troubleshooting is difficult.
I spoke to the Developer and he is unable to reproduce this issue.
I would suggest you work with your Polycom Reseller and/or Polycom Support to get this raised.
Please provide some feedback once the issue is solved.
