my KWS300 PCS08 reboots automatically many times in the last times. The quality of conversation on the PP are very bad.
What is the problem on the KWS300?????

The upcoming Q4 release corrects a problem with SIP INFO signalling:
Sending DTMF signaling (key-presses) via SIP INFO in an early dialog could cause the KGAP to restart, this has been corrected.
If the setup uses early dialogs from the other end and key-presses are being made before the call is connected this may be the issue here.
Please check if SIPO INFO signalling is being used and if yes try the scenario at the customer. If this is the case the upcoming Q4 will correct it.

Is the Q4 release available now? Does Polycom give partners or customers with a support subscriptions earlier access to new firmware releases than they do to the general public?
