Savi 8240: Headset Mute does not mute the mic in Teams

Hub version : 3.24.1 

Hi,

     I have upgraded to .2 and still cannot mute. I downgraded to .1 as per online search and still cannot mute. I have to use the mute on the windows laptop to mute. 

 

    Second, when I walk into a different room, no can hear me but I can hear everyone. 

 

Any ideas Thank you
