Hi guys
Firmware version v.3888 on Savi 8200.
Plantronics Hub prompts for a firmware update to ac29|3888.3855.3039
The firmware update downloads and completes after a few minutes and then its back to where it was.
I've tried reinstalling the hub software, reinstalling the headset to no avail.
Is there an alternative way to get the firmware updated?
I see in the logs it claims i'm running on earlier firmware still. But the hub shows i'm on the same version as the upgrade.
