Hello @Tgoschuetz ,
Welcome to the Poly Community.
Usually, the release notes of a product state what software is supported. I believe Plantronics Hub is end of development and Poly Lens is the replacement moving forward.
The best and quickest way forward is to contact our Support organization as the community is run by volunteers only.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier

If you need immediate and/or official assistance for former Poly\Plantronics\Polycom please open a service ticket through your support channels
For HP products please check HP Support.
Please also ensure you always check the General VoIP , Video Endpoint , UC Platform (Microsoft) , PSTN

Hi Steffen,
on a first look, Poly Lens does not seem to be the replacement for Desktop as I am just a single user with a DECT Headset. I used the Desktop app for configuration and firmware updates. Lens seems to be targeted towards enterprise environments. I'll get in touch with support.
Thanks,
Tom

Hello @Tgoschuetz ,
Poly Lens Desktop can be used by an individual user. In addition, your IT department can use Poly Lens Desktop to ty this to your Poly Lens Cloud account.
Best regards
