Excellent question Vivek!  Lithium does provide search functionality but we had to temporarily remove that feature in order to the Polycom skin on the site.  We will have to figure out how to put search back.  Will look into it asap. Thx for bringing it up!

Would you please kindly let me know specifically which support forum you are suggesting to be broken into finer sub categories?  The support community team tries to keep it at a high level because the community site is still at its infancy state and we'd like to keep the structure as simple as possible. But if you can give me more specific examples, I can forward it to the Support team to consider.

Some sub-categories could be:

• HDX
• VSX
• Lync
• CMA Desktop etc.
