Have you ever had an issue when you are trying to login to the Polycom Community site, you see an error message (even if your login credential is correct)?
You have to try again, then the system recognizes you and lets you sign in?
Well, I had that issue too. So we contacted our IT team and they have fixed the bug.
If you are still seeing this problem, please try clearing your browser cache.
I have done that, and now I have no problem logging in to the community site. I can get through the very first time, not having to try multiple times. Hope the issue is no longer happening for you also!
