I have the Voyager 4310 UV mono, when a call comes in on my computer (VoIPcloud) I have to physically be at the computer to use the mouse and answer it. If I'm not present (90% of the time), I can't seem to answer it from the headset. Pressing the middle/call button opens MS Teams but does not answer the call.
Is there a way to have this function?
