Dear Team, I review a headsets solution to call centers function, these headsets (both) must be connect to laptop (USB-A port) and both headsets needs functionality volume control / mute / end call, my proposal or solution is the following:

  • Headsets EncorePro 310, EP310 QD, WW
  • Adapter DA85
  • KIT, Y-ADAPTER TRAINER
