Savi 8200 no longer works with Windows

I put in my Savi8200 in Windows USB port and the system does not find the Headset or USB Stick.

I made a windows update yesterday, the same is actualy true on a different laptop.

It worked this morning in the office system.

ARE YOU SURE your headset is compitable with the latest windows update?

Please do not tell me to update my USB drivers, my sytem is uptodate according to Windows 10 upddate service. I tried all my USB ports which work fine with any other usb stick.

Thanks

Regards

Re: Savi 8200 no longer works with Windows

Hello @Walter74 ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

A few basic details are missing.

  • How old is this device aka is this a day one issue or has this happened after days, months or years of usage?
  • What is the exact model, 8200 is the name of the range, the actual device may be an 8210, 8220 or 8245
  • Have you powered this off and back on?
  • Is the USB stick / adapter detected?

The best and quickest way forward is to contact our Support organization as the community is run by volunteers only.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
