Hi all,
I am currently using the Poly Voyager 4220 Series headset (the base is the Voyager Base-M CD). I am hoping to find a way to pair 2 of these to 1 desktop. The goal is to have 1 person talk to an external party (a customer) and a 2nd person listen to that conversation, live.
Is this possible?
I have tried to find this answer online but not having much luck.
thanks
Chris
Hello @ChrisLGE ,
Welcome to the Poly Community. I can only provide the same answer as >here<
I believe this is a restriction of the OS aka Microsoft and I believe Apple does not allow two connections via Bluetooth or USB.

----------------That's disappointing, we had an older style Plantronics headset that was able to pair 2 headsets to a base. How does a newer style Plantronics/Poly headset not have this functionality? Is there any work arounds?
What is it about the OS that restricts this from happening?
Hello @ChrisLGE ,
this is simply a restriction on the used OS. Simply plug two devices into your PC or Mac and select the Audio settings in a client like Microsoft Teams. Now if you try to select the device it will only allow one of the devices.
Headsets like the CS540 or the Savi W7xx can be paired with one base.
I suggest you contact Poly sales, a Poly reseller or a Headset specialist to avoid disappointment.
