CA12CD and Cisco Cp-8851

I am attempting to use a CA12CD with new CP-8851s that were just installed. We do not need the PTT function, since this will just be to a phone. The CA12CD uses a 6 pin connector with 4 wires, where the CP8851 has a 4 pin connector with 4 wires. I can't find an adapter that Poly makes for this situation. Any ideas?

Welcome back the Poly community.

As per our compatibility guide, CA12CD is not compatible with CISCO 8851 phone and will not work so I am afraid we do not have any official solution to recommend.
