sip tls registration transport error

Hello every body and happy new tear

 I wanna bridge my rmx 1500 with microsoft lync 2010 , I just follow Polycom Unified Communications Deployment Guide for Microsoft Environments but unfortunately got this error on rmx 

sip tls : registration transport error (cs id 1 ) 

also  when I define meeting room in SIP Registration section is Not Configured however I've defined ms profile and follow instraction but couldn't make it

any idea  ?

Make sure you have defined the DNS settings under the IP Network.  Also follow my guide I've written on integrating the RMX and Lync http://bit.ly/w8U5TI

Im having this issue with RMX 2000 8.3 connecting to lync 2010. The lync to the guide doesnt work.
