Hi,

 

I am using Polycom RMX2000 and my client wan't to completely stop IVR massage .

i can change system flag IVR_MESSAGE_VOLUME , IVR_MUSIC_VOLUME  and IVR_ROLL_CALL_VOLUME to 0 but that can not stop playing IVR massage. so how do i completely stop ivr massage.

Would you like turn off all IVR messages?

 

I think you can edit your Conference IVR Service and turn off Welcome, Chairperson, Conference Password, Roll Call and Operator Assistance messages, on the General tab choose a blank field opposite every message.
